But custom prepared alternatives have the capacity to work up to 800,000 HR. A single tray deaerator has power plant capacity. It is built in accordance with HEI requirements.
Design and manufacture merely requires a minimal plan area, offering maximum turndowns and longer product lifespans. A two tank capacitor can be welded together if industrial specifications require this. The two tank tray deaerator has a capacity of up to 200,000 HR. But a custom fit will only go up to 250,000 HR as opposed to the above given custom example. A tank car tray deaerator with requisite pump package can operate up to 125,000 HR as a standard factory model. Again, custom alternatives’ capacity can hold to 250,000 HR.
The tank deaerator can be utilized in all areas where a high quality and power plant grade capacity is required. As with the earlier example, this tank deaerator is designed and manufactured in accordance with HEI requirements. It also enjoys lower turndowns and longer lifespans. Both spray and tray type deaerators can be equipped with a bolted vertical heater. The bolted double shell tray deaerator with a bolted heater installed holds horizontal storage space.
The bolted double shell tray deaerator without pumps has an HR capacity of 200,000, while the bolted tray feature with pump package installed can operate up to 125,000 HR. In both cases, the custom alternative has capacity for 250,000 HR.
